β β β β β Ms. Carine Yeo, the Service Consultant of Lexus Bodycare Centre, whom was assisting and handling my case was very empathetic and patient with me despite my many questions throughout the entire process from reporting till when the car was handled back to me.
She consistently followed up with the insurance company of the other party when they did not respond or took longer than usual to provide a feedback.
Her detailed explanation of everything throughout the entire process also made me feel comforted and confident that everything was in good hands and will be completed and done to my satisfaction, which it indeed was.
Thank you very much to Ms. Carine Yeo for everything! Greatly appreciated! ??????

I have never seen a person who is exceedingly thoughtful, solicitous, accommodating and eager to lend a listening ear. I am astonished to know that a guy of such altruism exists. He is exceptionally genuine and unfeigned in person. I indeed must pay accolades to him for all his support and assistance in whatever ways.

β β β β β 1. This is first time I come to Lexus to report the accident. This is first time I own a Lexus car.
2. Was pleasantly surprised that Ms Carine Yeo helped to make it a wonderful experience. She was expeditious in getting the sd card out and showed me the video of the entire collision.
3. She also expeditiously sorted out all the paperwork and explained to me the procedure going forward.
4. The entire process of having my car inspected to receiving info about my carβs repair progress and now receiving it has been a stress free experience.
5. The service is impeccable- better than what I received in other continental car services that I had previously received.
6. Ms Carine left an indelible impression on me because of her professionalism, her commitment to give the best to her clients and discharging her duty to the best. This affirmed my decision that buying a Lexus is a good choice especially the after sale service support. (Iβm a medical specialist - so I am fully cognizable of what is a staff that is committed to her work. Her attitude is commendable and She is truly an asset to Lexus)

She is knowledgeable and thinking forward, based on her experience and she gave us the best advise and follow up with us promptly. We feel very comfortable and confident when we hand over out car to her for repairing, she update regularly and forecast the estimated repaired time very accurate so we can plan our schedule accordingly to avoid any unnecessary delay.
Now the car is really as the brand new one and we feel super satisfied about the Lexus service especially appreciated to Carine for her excellent service provided.
