β β β β β Won't get the same haircut elsewhere in the WORLD. I went to Taipei and even South Korea and the experience was horrifying. I almost smash the mirror at both places. But rest assured when your hair is being taken care by Juno Singapore. The end result will always be satisfying and gratifying. They are not paying me for this review, EVERY SINGLE WORD IS TRUE.
Have you ever experience a heart attack after a hair cut and the stylist just shrugged her shoulders.. Well, fear not when you go to Valerie. She will give you surprises instead of HEART ATTACK

β β β β β Valerie the lady boss is nice and friendly. but as I was told I needed to wait for a haircut, I took out my game to play a bit. since they told me 20mins wait. I told them no rush, 30min also can. the wait was shorter than I expected so I was still mid game when the guy stylist came to me. I told him sorry ah awhile more. he asked if I will be playing long, I said no. and he further explained said cause I like that play is delaying him which I felt was done in a rude tone. perhaps saying "would you like to come back later or another day?" would be more polite? I hate such rushed service. I came here because of the good reviews but it had to be ruined by a rude staff. Valerie herself was nice. do not be mistaken. at that time, I was the last customer to be served (no other customer in queue) and it was around 5.30pm.

β β β β β Jeffrey has been my hair stylist for a few years now. I trust his professionalism whenever I want to change my hair style. From long to short and vice versa.
At my most recent visit to Juno Hair Salon, Jeffery permed my hair and gave me a very soft look. The kind of look that Iβve always wanted to try but donβt dare to. Thanks Jeffrey! :)

β β β β β Valerie has been my regular stylist for the past few years and she does an impeccable job to keep my hair well cut.
She is extremely passionate and keeps a serious face when delivering her services.
Time after time I have not been disapppointed at her slight but fresh changes in the style at every apppintment and she ensures that it will consistently adapt to your face, head and hair type - something which I had found lacking elsewhere.
After years of distress changing stylist ever so often, Valerie makes that right cut, everytime, and I hope it will be for many years to come.
If you need someone who you can trust with your hair, look no further.

β β β β β The idea of appointment doesnβt work here. Waited for 38mins after the appointment time and the hair stylist still pretty busy with other customers. Quite disappointed.

β β β β β Have been patronising Juno Hair for quite a while and am pleased w the hair cut most of the time. Today though was rather displeased that I was charged additional $8 for CNY surcharge.
Typically CNY surcharge is done 2 weeks before CNY, so I am disappointed when the staff said they began the surcharge 1 month before CNY. It doesnβt make sense to me since it isnβt even a peak or busy period now.
Also it wasnβt mentioned when I call to book for appt, nor was it on their fb page or any notice in the salon. I think it is quite unfair for the consumers when they are not informed until they are paying the bill.

β β β β β My stylist is Grace, who is fantastic. I've had my hair cut several times and always appreciate her flair and suggestions. I've also had my hair dyed as well, and she nailed the look and feel I wanted. The color has stayed far better than some of the other salons I've tried.

β β β β β Went in with perm-damaged hair (from another salon) and with the mindset that I just wanted to chop it all off. Calvin gave me several suggestions for me to think about and also consider many things based on my face shape, but at the same time not neglecting what I wanted or waste the perm I did. I am extremely happy with my hair now, it was beyond my expectations, and I have a really fresh new look. Thank you again for saving my hair ?
