J	Junie Seow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love love your carbonara. This is how carbonara should taste like. Cheesy with runny egg on top. The portions are super generous and the taste is excellent. Only sometimes, the grilled chicken might be burnt, but forgiven as it offers super value for money.

Taste of the Chicken chop and sauce was good. Well cooked with crisp skin. I think the Aglio olio needed more garlic, salt and chilli to give it more kick. Recommend to go with fries and coleslaw.

Unlike other stalls that may be attracting long queues through low prices, they focus on the quality of the ingredients and the taste, and it's worth the wait. A crispy, juicy chicken cutlet with fries would have been $6.50. I chose the chicken cutlet with bacon carbonara as a side for $11.50 - it was nicely made, with cream, a generous serving of crispy fresh bacon chunks, and a raw egg yolk over the top. There's parmesan (from a bottle), dried chili flakes, and even tabasco sauce on request. The serving was almost large enough for two meals, but well worth the indulgence. Do give this a try, but make sure you have time to wait a little, as uncle takes the time to do each meal right.
