P	Pei Ting Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understand that stall policy is to have only 2 people taking ingredients at any point in time. So I went today and there was only 1 person at the ingredient station - that person’s friend was already making payment, and not hanging out at the ingredient station. Staff suddenly shouted at me and instructed me to go outside, without trying to understand the situation. I tried explaining and he kept saying 2 people only, 2 people only. Hello, only 1 person taking ingredients?! So I left, disgruntled. Seriously, the staff has to be less reactive and should be more polite. The restaurant was largely empty, and the commotion caused a scene when it could have been easily resolved. For a start, don’t shout at customers and tell them to go out of the restaurant to wait when they are already following rules.
O	Ong Jun Hao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The soup is delicious and very nutritious but the glare from the sun is very irritating and uncomfortable. A wide variety of ingredients to choose from and has a very unique taste compared to traditional Yong Tau Foo. Have a large range of soups to choose from to cater to different taste buds. Staffs were wearing hair nets and masks and gloves and this adheres to food hygiene protocol. This is however a self service outlet where you have to help yourself to the soup at the counter. A good experience.

S	Saiful Bahtiar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for dinner. Line was long which was fine as it was dinnertime. Waited about 20 minutes before we were told to come in. The moment we entered, we were shouted at by another staff to wait outside. Had to wait another 5 minutes before getting a table. When it was time to collect the drinks, they had the order wrong (Which I am fine with). The lady behind the counter told me to bring my receipt as I told her that she got the wrong order. I brought my receipt and a male staff was shouting my order number at me, telling me that the drinks are ready. When I said it was the wrong order, he continued raising his voice. It was until I actually showed him my receipt that he just walked away and the lady gave me my correct order. Absolutely embarrassing as people in the restaurant was staring at me. Food is good, service is absolutely terrible. Will hope that the service standards improve or be like some of the other outlets.
G	Guo Hong Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gong Yuan Ma La Tang is by far my favorite mala soup place. The taste of the mala soup is good and small spicy fit my tastebud just fine! The food items are quite freshly prepared too!

Only tried it's dry mala highest spicy level... back to my first sentence. Good variety of choices. Always craving for the food there. Worth the price. Calculated by total weight, not by food category If you looking for pig ears or intestine, nah you don't find it here. Haha

Personal preference is the mala soup over the mala dry, and tip is that they charge according to weight of ingredients you pick (includes the moisture soaked up by the ingredients? hope you get what i mean)
K	Koon Peng Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there on 15 Jan for our dinner at 8pm. The soup is not hot enough and some of the food a little hard. But the staff attending to customer, gets 5 big stars. She is alert, friendly and customer focus. She is very good.
