★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I were to rate the service and helpfulness of staff, I would say 5-stars. But I got my MacBook air's and Lenovo Yoga's battery replaced here (about 6 monthd and a year ago respectively). And both laptops died and completely stopped working within 3 months of battery replacement. Each replacement cost about $200. So would definitely advise people to stay away from them for replacing batteries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More on Mac Laptops and desktops. Owner very helpful, and honour his word on repaired items. Perhaps, if able get more repair assistants and or 1 staff, to assist evening hours, eg after 5/6pm till closing.

But hell no, under the magical hands of Boss Kenny, 2 days operation (motherboard replacement) gave my iMac a new lease of life. And he transplanted my external M2 NVME to inside the body. All done at a very affordable fees. 2 thumbs up to Boss Kenny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I had very good experience with Mr Kenny today. My MacBook got black screen although it was having light and also can hear the sound of shutdown n boot up.
Mr Kenny took 30-40 min time and got the cable chnaged.
Very nice and polite to talk to and also explained the possibilities and issue with tentative price in the beginning for better understanding.
