★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful experience working with the lady boss of this printing firm. Fizza is very responsive and genuine right from the moment I contacted her. I have contacted at least 3 other printers to get a quotation for my company project but none was as responsive and flexible as her. Her website was user friendly and easy for me to get a quick quote before getting in touch with her. Her price is very competitive. The print quality was above my expectations. Will definitely be back for more collaboration. Thanks Fizza!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, my document missed 20+ pages. I’m not sure if it’s because the staff was unhappy with our encounter so pages gone missing. The staff is a bit rude and unfriendly and not helpful at all. I placed an order through WhatsApp in advanced and confirmed with the lady on the collection time. I had to sacrifice my lunch time to go over to collect, but when I arrive, she told me she forgot about my order and was not showing tiny hint of guilt. I was upset and asked her, and we discussed a little, then she asked me impatiently:”Then what do you want me to do?” I also don’t remember her apologizing sincerely . Horrible experience. Now the owner defend by saying they never receive order through WhatsApp. Attached screenshot. Phone number matched the one on their very own website too. I think everyone knows how bad their attitude is now.
