★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoroughly enjoyed the class taught by Gene. I’ve been going to yoga in larger studios and no doubt facilities are much better in the more established studios, a smaller class made the experience more intimate. Gene actively corrected our form and the vinyasa flow was well planned. Definitely will come back if I have a chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carol is nice but I don't think she s qualified to teach any form of therapeutic yoga. Asking a student to go into a camel pose 5 minutes into the yoga session, and justifying by saying she wants to see what's her limits, can cause great injury. And she does it a 2nd time by asking me to do a plank ON THE CHAIR, the body is totally not warm up by doing all these. Zero sequences for the class. It is basic anatomy that body requires warm up before attempting these deep poses.
Really not recommended.
