They helped to repair 3 vintage cameras of mine, all with different issues. The quotation was done upfront when I brought the cameras in. They are very friendly and professional. The older shop owner called me during the repair to explain the issues he found with each camera and how he fixed them. He did not ask to add on to the quote/pay more, which can happen with some shops. Very good service throughout. I will definitely trust them to repair my other cameras.

David was patient and educated me on what's happening with every step as he was cleaning the sensor of my camera. I felt assured that my camera was in safe hands from the moment he started talking. 10/10 would recommend people to him. Seems like a nice dude too.

The services provided by P&G deserve 5 stars. I discovered this shop few years ago and now it is my preferred shop regarding photographic equipment. I would add one more star for the owner of the shop, David Phan; not only for his competences and flawless quality services but because of his likeable personality. A great man with humanity and knowlogeable who always gives his time to respond to your needs. Definitively, I recommend P&G to pro's or passionate photographers.

I would definitely share my pleasant experience with P&G to everyone out there. Having going around different stores to sell my canon lens. I choose P&G!! They recommend me to consign my lens on their store and fetch a much higher price. Compare to other store, they basically offer very low price on my lens. No doubt it took 3 weeks for them to sell off my lens, but i am more satisfied with their service and recommendation. Thumb up P&G. I definitely recommend all my fellow photography friends to at least swing by their store to have a look before considering buying or selling your gears!

They sold me a hoya 77mm uv filter for $50 used. The new one costs 30. The condition was bad with scratches as well

Owner was very friendly and spent time to check my camera even though he was busy. This shop has the best service among the shops in the area. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience with P&G. Actually a wonderful encounter with its owner, David Phan. It was in one of my recent trips that I somehow dislodged the focusing screen of my Canon 5D. It just dropped to the pavement as I was changing lens to compose a shot. Soon as returned to Singapore, I googled for the "Best Canon Camera Repair Shop" near my location . . . Canon Service Centre was on top of the list (they can afford Google's click baits, I suppose), then P&G Photographic Centre came in second. I've always gone to Canon for servicing of my DSLRs (but Fusionopolis isn't exactly nearby), so I just thought I'd give P&G a try and called them. It was David who picked up. I told him about my predicament, and then sent him fotos of my dislodged focusing screen. He called me soon after, and told me this, "Your focusing screen looks okay. And I can fix that for you for free. Or you can do it yourself. Lemme send you a video on how to DIY it". And he did. Truth be told, I am not quite a handyman & I was worried I'd mess up, and make matters worse. But the DIY video David sent looked so easy. So I gave it a shot. And Voila! My 5D's focusing is back to normal! I am sorry David, this review might only increase your shop's 'phone in requests for your DIY videos', when your good shop richly deserves walk in clients. You are a 5 STAR proprietor David, and I wish there were more of your kind in Singapore. Kudos to you and P&G Photographic Centre!

Great service provided and highly skilled in camera repair. I brought in a hand me down Olympus 35RD and a Ricoh 500ME for assessment and service quotation a few weeks back. Was able to easily strike up a conversation with Alan as well as ask for advise with regards to my items. Alan was able to make a quick assessment as to which camera was worth servicing and which wasn't. He also provided much advise to the art, all whilst maintaining a friendly and enjoyable conversation. Prior to visiting the shop, I made a quick phone call to discuss a quotation for the potential service costs of my items. The person on the phone (elder owner of the store) gave a rough estimate but logically advised me that the quotation would be better made after physical assessment in store. The owners are humble and very genuine people who I would 100% recommend you pay a visit to get your cameras serviced. Skillful assessment of your items are made up front and a physical copy of the quotations are given for items that they deem fixable. The owners are willing to show you around and let you explore various equipment within the store as well as show you other items they're working on. Nothing beats a passionate store owner! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I'll definitely visit again for servicing.
