★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought the Longhorn Long Chair, Longhorn Sofa Bed last year. We were sold a particular fabric color and texture. Leather textile with a tan brown color . The color has changed dramatically over the year and to our dismay the sofa fabric turned green. We pointed this out earlier this year to the sales rep Reagan who sold us the sofa. We also escalated it last month. After escalation, the team send a quality control perosnell who assessed the situation and offered a replacement as a goodwill. They seem genuine and did the right thing by replacing the sofa. Appreciate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family bought a sofa last year and bought 2 more this year. All their sofas are sofabed, the cushion are thick and comfortable unlikes some other sofas. Service before and after sales are good. Wish the price can be cheaper.
