Theres a wide range of chairs at the Oxley Bizhub show room and after testing them decided to get the Spring Luxury Ergonomic Chair. Very very comfortable chair with a sturdy frame and full mesh which i love. Recommended.

And when I faced problem, he will respond immediately and provide resolution fast. Product is up to quality and it meets my needs, since I required customised table size. Appreciated the awesome customer service. Pricing wise its very reasonable and I believe TakeAseat is the only place that can customise such a long standing/sitting desk.

We were served by Ben Tan who patiently went through the features of each ergonomic chair for kids and gave us the appropriate recommendations based on our requirements. He also went the extra mile of helping us to compare the best deal for our purchases and assisted in tracking our order and delivery schedule despite us ending up purchasing with a 3rd party vendor. Customer service at its very best!

It's much more affordable than Omnidesk and with great quality. It comes with a drawer and the design is so sleek! I particular like the in-built usb charger. I just wish it could also include a powerpoint for laptop/monitor charging!

I sent a text via WhatsApp enquiring for repair service and response was prompt. They confirmed it was still covered under warranty, and told me that I could expect the repair service to arrive in 3 to 7 business days. However, they updated me 2 weeks later, and told me it would take up to 6 to 8 weeks for the parts to arrive and repairs to be done. I was disappointed at first. Oddly, I received assistance within the next 2 working days and the seat was replaced by their service staff. 4 stars for the service. Minus 1 star because the product had issues after less than 1 year of usage.

I was impressed with their response super fast and efficient . And they delivered the items much early than expected. I was referred by friend who had purchased from them 4 years ago. He told me quality is good and so far no issue . This is something I like about quality . Will definitely recommend to friends .
