I like this shop because items are mostly cute and useless stuff hahahaha. Toys are quite affordable but items like accessories are expensive. If all the items are affordable, i think I will buy everything from there.

Nice place for shopping. A lot of cute stuff for ladies and kids. However, the services need to be improved. Especially for the staff Bernice, hello. Not nice to talk about customers when they are still in the shop.. Basic manner...

Terrible service by the lady staff who tie hair who dye green gold coloured hair ...i say i need a bag and she shouted 20 cents so loudly as though i cant afford and keep staring at me when i ask her how much is it as she did not say clearly and she shouted again...she reflect badly on the store even she say thank you she did not have respect for customer already by treating like this ..Avoid at all costs even its my favourite store staff r rude and unprofessional.

Item is 50% off if you buy 3 or more. However, if the price is 4.90, 50% is not 2.45 but 2.50 as they round up per item. Bought 3 items at 14.90, 6.90 and 4.90, 50% is $7, $3.50 and $2.50 respectively. This is the first time a company i have encountered that rounds up per item to the nearest ten cents not five cents which is not legal. NOT going to raise the issue to authorities but want to warn other customers that they are not doing it the legal way.

The shop a lot of cute thing and nice place to shop but the staff very unfriendly the one with chinese golden hair young lady chubby looking after I paid not even a thank you?come on no matter how much u pay for the item still need to say a thank you to customer right? And the way she talk in very bad attitude tone while asking if u need bag.I work in retail and alway give my best and smile when I work!if like that how can u work in retail if u don’t have nice attitude?!

Place was alright. There were quite a lot of things and knick knacks to browse through. A little cramped but can't do much about it. Only problem is the service from some of the staff. I know working in retail and dealing with people can be hard but please, if you're having a bad day, don't ever let it out or show it to other customers. Take a breather if u need but please put on a smile and be friendly to the other customers who are there to shop at your store. Imagine just coming in and paying for something and they give your dead expression, I wouldn't feel like wanting to shop there again. But then again, I am one of the patient ones. Can't say the same for the other customers though. And another thing i'd like to point out is the packaging. I really wished the packed my things properly since my item is a quite fragile but since its quite busy at the time, I let it slide. Other than that. No other comments. Just keep up the good work.

Bad experience at the store in Northpoint. Canned drinks at this outlet is having a promo where you buy 5 cans and you will get 1 free can. Decided to buy 2 cartons of drinks but was shocked that the discount was not given as we had to clear the shelving quantity first and original price will be charged for the full 48 cans if i just bought the 2cartons. But i was buying in bulk and the quantity was more than the shelving had( i wanted 48cans and shelving only had 40cans). I checked the expiry date and it was not that far off from each other, ALL expiring on march 2023. So i really do not understand why we had to clear shelving stock as if i bought all the SHELVING ones they will just OPEN the carton and put it back on the SHELVES. Honestly does not even make a single sense to me at all. To them their cardboard is worth ~$7? Or do they enjoy the extra work? End up i bought 48 separate cans without the box. As it costs about ~$7 cheaper that way and totally not worth having 2cartons boxes. Ps. I had to carry the 40cans manually to the counter while one staff just stood at the counter and my girlfriend was talking sense to the other staff. GO AT UR OWN RISK! CARDBOARD COST ALOT TO THEM! BRING YOUR OWN IF U WANT TO BUY IN BULK OR BRING TROLLEY?

Bad attitude, bad customer service and dishonest staff. NOT WORTH 1 STAR for Service Staff (Bernice). Didn’t know that this their standard of hiring. DO NOT PURCHASE IN BULK as is not worth because you have to clear the shelving yourself even after asking. Promotion was not inform in advance that was not for BULK item (carton deal) till payment was made and i saw from the cashier screen there is no promotion. After asking about the promotion, the staff said that promotion only for shelving item WITHOUT BOX. So i decided to clear the shelve ON MYSELF for 40 canned . I decided to ask the staff if they have another 8 canned and yet the staff said “YES”. Guess what next, the staff open up the carton that my boyfriend took from the back of their shelf. So i ask the staff what is the different if i take 40 canned from shelf and 8 canned you have to open the new carton. after this , you have to also place the canned back 1 by 1. Her reply “ i can give you the CARTON but NO PROMOTION”. Plastic bag is $0.30 and had to paid by cash if your paying with NETS payment for your item. CUSTOMER WHO WANT TO BUY BULK ITEM DO NOT GET FROM HERE IF YOU REALLY WANT GET BULK ITEM GO TO OTHER MART 100% OTHER SHOP HAVE BETTER ATTITUDE AND SERVICE OR DIE DIE ONLY HERE HAVE BRING YOUR OWN CARTON OR TROLLY CAUSE THEIR CARTON COST $6.00. Below is how i count the different for WITH CARTON AND WITHOUT CARTON. Attach Photo will be them opening up new box just because i ask for another 8 canned. Can drink $0.85 per canned BUY WITHOUT THE CARTON Buy 5 FREE 1 = $4.25 (6 can) Buy 40 FREE 8 = $34 + $0.60 (2x Plastic Bag) = $34.60 BUY WITH CARTON 48 CANNED = $40.80 COST OF THE CARTON $6.20
