★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm traveling to Scandinavia next week, my third trip with Insight Vacations (IV). My experience with IV staff has been pleasant, they are all professional and readily retrieves my booking info to advise me on my enquiries. One of them who assisted me this time was Fung Min, he was very responsive and even replied to me on his off day when I urgently need confirmation on some tour info before I was able to book my flights for the trip. He provided very clear info to ensure I get the correct arrival and departure dates correct for my flight booking. Another staff, Jestin Lee, through whom I've made all my IV tour bookings, has been most helpful too. She was able to advise me on all my queries, and even provided screenshots for directions I was seeking for my arrival airpot in Europe, in addition to some tips like bringing a raincoat for this trip based on her personal past travel experience to the same destinations. While IV tour costs are quite premium, the quality of the tours and level of customer services are all worth it.
