Friendly, up to date and thoughtful about medical options. Quite different to the head down, write a prescription and get you out the door of most practitioners. Incredibly reasonable price as well.

I got a deep cut on my finger and was frantically searching for a open clinic but invain, reached this clinic where the closed signage is already put up, but the lady doctor is so kind to attend to me. She carefully checked and cleaned my wound and suggested that I go to A&E immediately as it may require stitching, unable to do for me as they happen to run out of the stitching things. She do a simple dressing for me and even checked my blood pressure to make sure I am alright as she think I appear quite pale. Doing all these without charging me any money. She is so nice and professional, and I have decided to come back to them the next time I need any treatment. Really thank you so much to the lady doctor!

S	Shu Hui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this clinic because the usual clinic I went to was closed. Came exactly at 2.30pm with just 3 person before me. Waiting time is 1hr plus unlike the review from other people citing just 20-30min. Doctor is nice and friendly. But reception service is bad. Didn’t know had to present my gp card during registration because I wasn’t asked. When I mention that I got panel card during payment. Staff told me cannot use anymore because have to present it during registration and told me they already put up a leaflet on one of their wall reception stating card had to be presented during registration. I was standing near the entrance during the registration and couldn’t have see it. It’s funny that the staff expect patient to read and know their operating procedure. Most clinic I went to would have inform me of their process during registration. Eventually, the staff reluctantly let me use the gp card. Don’t go to this clinic unless u are expecting lousy service

Waiting time is around 15-20 minutes for each patient that queues. And doctor also listens carefully when we tell her the symptoms we have so she can give us the right medication. As for price it’s affordable and front desk staffs are friendly as well.

Even during times when they work day and night due to covid spikes everyone in the clinic stays calm, professional and friendly. I can highly recommend this place.
