★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also can't agree more that the receptionist is unfriendly and unresponsive. Call rate is indeed low. Confidently told me on the day itself that they will keep me updated of my insurance approval status but never bother to update me on the promised date. Disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke my ankle and i was brought to Raffles Hospital. They gave me an xray said i was ok to leave and to come back a week later for an MRI. During that time i was agony all week. K went to the surgeon and he gave me some more medication. Then i went for my mri the surgeon looked at it and scheduled for me to come back next week. The next week i was in so much pain he eventually put my ankle in a cast. After a month they took off my cast and told me i ca walk around with a boot on. From the next onwards i am in agony. I went to the physio and he told me not to put any weight on it. Now my other foot is in pain. After the physio treatment with the physio assistant she sent me out on the street as if i injust left the cinema. The physio never came back and checked on me. Basically i am in terrible pain alot more out of pocket than going to any other hospital or clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Agree with the other review, the Doctors and Therapist are great. However the counter staff leave a lot to be desired. They are slow in responding to queries, rarely pick up their direct line( You can try this yourself the hit rate is about 20%) Whats worst when they pick up it feels like your calling a stationary shop asking if they have stock for paper instead of a private hospital who actually gives a concern on your health. HOPE it improves for the better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My biggest mistake in life was that I chose to admit to RH for my dislocated shoulder, the Orthopaedic doctor or specialist treatment to me was very rude and his advice were very mediocre ( remind me of my army days doctors). Think twice .....wait no need to think , definitely not a worthy Private Clinic to go and waste your $$$$.

Dr Bernard is committed to excellent patient care. Since my first consultation, he was very attentive to my health issues and concerns raised I have never felt rushed during the appts. He was very pedagogical and patiently explained my conditions in layman terms. He used bones/joint props to illustrate & clarify his findings, shares hands-on recuperative medical knowledge. He takes time and care to understand the situation before making any recommendation and gives complete clarity on the options and the treatment plan. With the excellent medical care and treatment I manage to gain back my mobility faster then expected.
