β β β β β Both doctors were good and patient but the admin staff was horrible. I understand that they are busy but so is every other PD clinic out there. Despite having tested positive for para influenza no one called or updated me despite assuring me that they will let me know once the results are out. I had to call back 4 days later only to be told very impatiently that there is nothing they can do, no additional medication. When asked about what other symptoms to look out for, the staff actuslly answered "bad condition". No further explanation was given despite me asking more about what kind of virus and what else we can do to alleviate symptoms. It's a shame that the admin staff are like that as both doctors are really good. Never going back.

Almost forced follow up visit after the delivery at Mount A
Appointment time for our newborn - 1015
Super pack clinic
Waited 45 mins before being sent to a lab (the admin could have sent us there right away rather than letting us wait in a clinic that's filled with sick children)
Waited 45 mins for jaundice blood test
Waited 15 mins to (finally) see doc
5 mins check with doc
Waited 40 mins for some antiseptic powder to be dispensed + settle bill
Total Fee - SGD 156 (typical PD fee)
Total time: 2.5 hours
I don't like how the admin called just before we were discharged and "arm twist" us to see the doc while I have told them that we prefer to go to Polyclinic near our house.
Compare this with our first born check experience at polyclinic:

Reached back home from polyclinic visit at 9.30am

Prior appointment needed. Clinic doesn't accept credit card though, just cash or nets.

β β β β β Dr Ong is a very professional, experienced and caring doctor. He is attentive to parents before giving his diagnosis.
The staff are all well trained and patient in handling babies and children.
Clinic is clean and brightly lit with ample seating area.
Best to book an appointment before visiting the clinic as there is always a large volume of patients. Avoid visiting on a Monday as the clinic will be packed.
