★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Jaya is an ethical doctor, he sees you as a whole person (instead of indiviual organs) and asks questions before diagnosing. He even took the time to explain about my ECG to me. Not many doctors are like him now, a lot just go by the book and refer to specialists which actually affects the patient negatively in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dr Jayaram with my mother. He is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Me and my mom didn't feel like we are in a cardiac clinic; more like at home. Very very positive environment with artistic vibe ( beautiful paintings).

We came with alot of worry due to my Dad’s health, but Doctor Jayaram made us feel at ease and provided detailed information of the medical reports and tests. He was very dedicated, knowledgeable and made sure we could understand clearly of what’s going on. I have never met a Doctor like him, and really appreciated his gestures. Doctor Jayaram was simply Extraordinary and Passionate. However, poor standard of customer service from the counter staff/nurse by the name Shalini. She needs to re-educate on her communication skills, writing formal email and
learn to talk with respect. Despite writing in a feedback to the clinic after my visit, there was no response. Overall fairly satisfied.
