They informed me that they ordered the particular clothing I was looking for and said it will be ready the next day. However, when I went down to the shop the next day, the sales assistant said she never promised me anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant shopping experience here, all thanks to Phyllis Lo, who was extremely attentive, hardworking and friendly to all customers. I initially only tried on 2 pants in the changing room. Meanwhile, she went on to pick up a few other pants and recommended me to try them on. She was very sincere and not pushy at all. I ended up buying 1 of the pants I brought in at first, and 2 more pants out of the bunch that she brought to me to try on. She also went out of her way to help me place an order online and deliver to my house (the item wasn't even available for public to order online) when I really liked one of the pants but they didn't have my size in their outlet, and I was too lazy to pick it up in other outlets. She's definitely an asset to Iora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U can get 2 blouse for less than $50. Their material very good quality. I got most of my office wear from them. The design is simple and very wearable. Now they start to have office pant available in the shop. I still not find my ideal pant yet.
