Hi Kate Spade Team, Wishing all of you a great week ahead. Recently on 20th March 2020 @ Vivocity outlet, I checked into your shop with my girlfriend @ 1537hrs. Her birthday is coming and decide to buy her a wallet from your store but the action from your staff made us left your store within 10mins. We checked out from your store at 1541hrs. We entered the shop and a male staff approached us trying to assist us, I stopped him with a smile and told him that we will take a look ourselves. We were planning to get a wallet that day. The moment we entered, there was customer over the wallet showcase, we decide to wait. When it was our turn to view the wallets, I handed a wallet to my girlfriend which I took from the top display, after my girlfriend is not interested, she just placed the wallet down gently at a lower display. Your rude male staff that tried to approach us earlier, came over at a fast pace, took the wallet and placed it with force with impact onto the top display which I took from it earlier and walked off immediately leaving us both in a shock. I did not expect a staff from Kate Spade to be so rude and his action somehow let me feel that he do not treat us as a customer at all. Is that how Kate Spade educate your staff. Such action is rude and disrespectful. If he judge me by what I wear that day thinking that we is not able to afford or not buying anything, then he is wrong. This staff must be educate again on his attitude. Even if my girlfriend has placed the wallet at a wrong location, he could had just waited for us to view other wallet and make the adjustment later. Even a department store like BHG, OG, TANGS, or other competitors like Pedro, Charles and Keith does not do that. Wallet Shop has even better service if this is how your staff is treating customer. The most disappointment moment we had in 2021.

The staff who was serving me was very friendly, I didn't get his name but it was a guy. From the moment I step in the store, the staffs greeted me. Told him my requirement and he immediately show me the range. Product knowledge was good. After purchasing, my husband and I tried to take selfie at the bench and he offered to take a photo for us. From the moment I step foot in the store till I walk out of the store, I was well taken care off and felt welcome. Will come again to purchase more products.

I was just looking around for a birthday gift for my wife at Kate Spade Vivocity branch. I was attended by a lady called Mary and she was really friendly and knowledgeable. I loved her service and her charisma. Kate Spade is lucky to have her!
