The designs are good. I bought a tshirt and shorts, the tshirt turned out fine but the shorts shrinked in first wash and the lining didn't so the inner lining is longer than the shorts. $40 loss. No handwash instructions were there.

I would like to commend on the great service by employee, Vivian who was cashiering at the Vivo City branch. She has good product knowledge, especially with the members’ points system and promoted the brand really well. You can tell that she’s passionate about her role as she speaks confidently and enthusiastically. She was efficient in her duties and took the effort to explain the benefits of the membership system (birthday perks, points redemption) as I wasn’t aware. Even though there was already a 15% off promotion going on, she still encouraged me to utilise my 15% birthday month discount online over the next few days and earn double the points, adding that there will be new arrivals tomorrow too (good sales tactic???)! I wasn’t expecting any niceties over at the cashier but Vivian’s lovely personality made the shopping experience a pleasant one :)

The shop is really big with lots of varieties. And my wife ended up roaming around the place for half an hour! I'm normally not the type to complain but there's only 3 tiny seats in the entire shop and the BFs/Husbands had to play musical chairs while waiting for their baes. And the seat is so pathetic looking and out in the open we look like abandoned puppies waiting to be collected. Nonetheless 3 stars cuz my wife like their products.

On the 2 May at around 4pm, I had an awful experience by the retail associate named Natt. I approached her to check if she was able to help with an exchange of procedure as the romper that I’ve purchased had its size tagged wrongly. (Context: I purchased size M, it was also tagged M. However, the measurements of the romper was size S. So I had to make another trip back to Love Bonito to exchange it) I was hoping that she could help to expedite the process due to the really long wait at the cashier, I approached her. Instead of being empathetic to my situation, she looked annoyed, irritated and frowned at me, and begrudgingly pointed me to the counter. I would have been perfectly alright queuing, but what happened next prompted me to write this negative review. Love Bonito claims to be an inclusive and women-driven brand but she made me feel completely otherwise. Mind you, I was simply fitting for an M-Size and she gave me two top-down glances while frowning as if telling me my size choice was completely wrong. Perhaps I was making an assumption, but her glances made me feel very uncomfortable, as though telling me that I cannot fit the M-Size I originally purchased. I eventually moved on to queue at the counter, and indeed the cashier lady (Tasha) was very kind and polite with the exchange. We measured the wrongly tagged dress against another one of the same M-Size and it was clear that the size was wrong. Made a quick exchange, and left the store. I hope that Love Bonito makes some corrections and reprimands this sales associate Natt and hopefully amplifies their message to creating an inclusive community more proficiently. I doubt I will be the only one facing such a negative experience from Natt.

bought a pair of peanne pants at vivo last weekend. the pants had an existing defect (loose buckle) and the sales assistant told me in a very rude manner that there were no new pieces for this. I pointed out that there's a defect and to which she replied "ya, so you still want the pants or not?".... I was speechless because I've never met such a rude sales associate at LB? maybe LB set my expectations too high previously. honestly if you want good customer service, head to their outlets at ion or Somerset. don't go to the one at vivo.

I bought a top from this outlet and realised it is stained with yellow spots after I reached home. The customer service both email & IG is very slow in responses. In one of the response, they asked me to make another trip down for the replacement despite it is an oversight from their end. Very disappointed.

Crowded as usual, but husband and bf couldn’t get a seat like the one in Funan, perhaps the rental is too expensive in vivo city. Well, husbands and bf, go sit around at Coffee Bean just outside and wait there. One star less than the 5 star because of lack of seats for the partner. Woman Inclusive, where’s the man inclusiveness?
