那位服务人员服务非常差！她带着一个孩子做工
才进去看一下子
就不耐烦!
对老人说那么难听的话
说什么一个人做 不要买就不要看 说她很忙的 （语气很不好）
忙？ 当时一个顾客都没有
一个老人家听了会怎么想 都不敢再看了
这种极差态度根本不适合在服务业上混！
 Today at 5pm I took my mother-in-law to buy clothes for him

Don’t buy what you say, don’t watch it, say she’s very busy (very bad tone)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady ( small in height with shoulder length hair) who was on duty today in the evening (MARCH 1) was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!! She HARSHLY GRAB the coat from my hand and throw it then turned her back on me when i told her that I’ll think about it, VERY VERY UPSETTING!!!! DEFINITELY CUSTOMERS WON’T COME BACK IF YOU HAVE RUDE STAFF LIKE HER!!!
