โ โ โ โ โ Be careful of the staff at Bedok Mall Purpur outlet. The personnel aren't very honest.
I was there earlier today, I wanted to buy only 4 items but the staff told me to get 2 more because if I hit $150, then i can join them as a member and get more perks. She went on to tell me that I can buy $150 worth of vouchers from them, and I can use it to offset the total amount. On top of that, I get 15%off the first item, followed by 30% off every subsequent item.
So i asked her, those 4 items I selected, did it add up to $150 yet? She said I had to get 2 more items to add up to $150, but in fact those 4 items already added up to $142, i only needed 1 item. But she didn't tell me!
After I paid for the 6 items, I realised that she only gave me 25% discount, which wasn't what she told me before. So I went back to the shop and got her to rectify the issue.
Please have some integrity and do not try to manipulate your customers!!
