โ โ โ โ โ Tried their Timbre outlet at Expo. Pork is very hard, so is the rice ?. Salmon is the only saving grace.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst Japanese fusion food as claimed. The pork was hard and cut was not consistent across which I personally didnโt it too thick. The sauce provided was basically salty and no umami taste to it hence making the overall dish unbearable to feel complete.
Also ordered prawn tempura and it turn out to be just ordinary deep fried prawn which is nothing close to tempura. If it was called deep fried prawn I find it more appropriate and less misleading.
Will never reorder nor recommend further.

โ โ โ โ โ Went with hub for quick lunch around work place. We tried their rice bowls which are super duper filling. We had sukiya beef+mentaiko salmon bowl (me), ishiro chasu bowl (hub) and chicken gyoza + Hiroshima breaded oysters for sharing . Totally bowled over. Their mentaiko salmon is just right on the done-ness! So tender!

โ โ โ โ โ I love the best of both world at Ishiro fusion bowl Mentaiko Salmon + Mentaiko Katsu Bowl Combo! The portion of their Salmon and Katsu is huge with lots of Mentaiko on top! So yummy!

The well-marinated pork belly slices are very flavorful, and each slice is thick yet tender and juicy!

Marinated chicken thigh + premium suki-yaki beef slices with onsen egg, pearl rice, tempura bits and condiments.
The beef slices are tender, fragrant and savoury. Mmmmmmโฆ Every bite is ultimate shiokness!
The sides pair well with the rice bowls too! It was a pleasant experience for me! Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ I tried their food at the Hougang outlet and I really love it. The egg is good and the pork is tender and well marinated. The soup is also not too salty and very flavorful :) The sides are all yummy as well. Prices are reasonable and serving is generous tooโฆ.
