โ โ โ โ โ Donโt bother. The ice creams all look watery and pale, and taste just as flavourless. The servings are laughably stingy for the price.
Just as someone else mentioned, the person scooping ice cream is super slow and doesnโt seem very keen on her job.
Also, they only have one waffle maker, so when I first was told Iโd have to wait 20 min for one, I couldnโt believe it. But as we sat there, I saw the next table over get one waffle and then wait about 8 minutes for the next one.
Finally, the shop is a mess. Boxes stacked up, the freezers stuffed with a jumble of cakes and pint cartons. Fluorescent lighting. Outdoor seating only and pretty sad ambience. Plastic chairs and tiny tables.
Honestly, if the ice cream were good and one scoop at least contained a decent amount, nothing else would matter.

โ โ โ โ โ Some cool unique flavours but not very creamy in texture and not great presentation. Only one person working behind the counter so service was slow. Personally I think there are better ice cream spots elsewhere which are slightly cheaper. $4.50 for one cup scoop.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered delivery of some ice cream tubs. They sent the tubs in bare plastic bags. No thermal bag, no dry ice. Tubs came with ice cream completely melted. Terrible experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Very unfriendly. I ordered two single cup for my son and me. Staff put two types of ice cream in one double cup. I asked one more cup but staff asked charge for another cup with a stiff expression.
The taste of icecream is not bad. But the service is terrible and price is not reasonable.
There should be more improvement.

โ โ โ โ โ I am very impressed with the service provided by the staff at Island Creamery at King's Arcade. My child is a fan of snakes and we asked for Island Creamery to customise a cake for him. We received a colourful cake that fits so well to the theme! It really made his day. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Very yummy ice cream and waffles. Sells cakes too! No place to seat inside shop but there are bench outside for dine in.

โ โ โ โ โ Best waffles ever, and it's pandn flavoured! Will come back for it. And the mud pie us a must-eat too. Just get both even if you're full, you won't regre and your tummy will make space for it!
