Their waffles and cones are also a must-try! They go so well with the gelatos :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating is for the berries choc cookies with rosemary cone. Tbh the cone is better than BOP in recent memory! Liked the creaminess of this scoop and will be back for the pistachio.
Btw, it's sugarTree, not to be confused with sugarFree! For the better too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gelato shop situated at a corner in Stars of Kovan. Sugarfree gelato (i suppose?) are sugar free. Cant taste any sugar in them and its still fairly sweet. Might have used sugar substitute such as stevia in their gelato. The gelato does not have the strong taste and flavor compare to those commercial ice cream, so its suitable for those who doesn’t want to have too sweet treats. Recommend to those who wish to try exotic gelato flavors without being too strong in taste and sweetness.

Tired the sesame and hojicha on a rosemary cone. The sesame was much sweeter than the hojicha. Both flavours were great!
The ice cream here is creamy enough and comes in a wide variety of flavours. Will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many interesting flavour. We tried sea salt pineapple and pistachio, and we love both, the sweetness is just right.
Highly recomend the waffle, it is crispy on the edge and fluffy in the middle, is a best complement.

Great addition to the Kovan neighbourhood. Hole in the wall shop, nestled at the corner beside four fingers. There are seats around the common area and can be quite crowded at times.
Flavours ordered: Dark Chocolate, Strawberry Hibiscus and Roasted Pistachio.
Definitely one of the best roasted pistachio flavours I had. Dark chocolate was rich and creamy but hoping that it could be less sweet instead. Strawberry Hibiscus tasted a lot like strawberry milk ice cream - love it!
Some of my friends had the misconception that the place was called SugarFree Gelato instead of Sugartree. So they had a pleasant shock when the ice cream was sweet which gave us a good laugh after it was cleared up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fav is Melon Mint and the seasonal Sea Salt Pineapple!! This shop is the best at creating special flavours - i’m always skeptical when it comes to exotic flavours, but they have never disappointed me :’)
Waffle was crispy and fluffy too! NOTE: They have 50% off waffles on Tuesdays, so swing by on Tuesday to try out their waffles!
Just hope that they’ll stop using disposables for dine in though... deducted one star for that environmentally unfriendly practice :/
