β β β β β I visited Island Orthopedics in Gleneagles in late 2020 for a minor procedure. I was treated by Dr K C Chong who was knowledgeable and diligent in his care. I received comprehensive post procedure checks on my road to recovery. The clinic nursing staff such as Kaye were also very courteous and helpful with the admin and claims.

The support staff are also very friendly, helpful and experience, especially Kaye.

Beyond his professional competence and clear diagnostic capability, he is able to relate to the patients on a personal level which is important for the entire recovery process for the patient. He listens well and understand the pain point of the patient. He is at the same time courteous and polite and all the above add up to a very good patient and customer experience for the people seeing him any issues.

β β β β β I consulted Dr Derrick Oh for a spinal injury some years back. Saw him again in April 2021 for my knee injury. On both occasions, Dr Oh exercises great care and professionalism. He is patient and takes time to understand my lifestyle and offers adequate advice and options. He always addresses all my questions and concerns. Dr Oh is also very helpful and encouraging with my post surgery exercises and recovery. I have recovered well under his due care. Thank you Dr Oh.
