Very good clinic with experienced docs, but not the cheapest, so many sure you are insured! Was there for my injured ankle, they did a great job with restoring it (and also physio)

Go if you want to wait for 1hour.. the nurses were polite though.. As usual they will explain there were some exceptional patients that caused the wait.. it is pretty obvious this will happen again. Sports injury are not treated in one session.. so good luck in waiting 1 hour ever time you visit.

I went there for treatment thrice for a shoulder/neck issue and saw Dr Matthew Tung. The medicine that he has prescribed to me has been helping the pain I am facing. However, for all my consultation visits with Dr Tung, I always had to wait for at least 20mins past my appointment time before seeing him. During my first visit, my appointment was at 9am which was the earliest slot. I was there on time but was notified by the nurses that Dr Tung was not here yet and I waited for quite some time before he arrived. There was no apologies/acknowledgement for his tardiness and he seemed nonchalant about arriving late. I thought that it would be a one-off thing (eg. due to a traffic jam) so I didn't give much thought to it. Yet, the same thing happened to my subsequent appointments where I had to wait past my appointed time to see Dr Tung which caused me to be late for my later appointments. Regarding my most recent visit, I was there a few minutes early for my 4:30pm appointment with Dr Tung and was told to take a seat first. I noticed that he wasn't seeing any patients and shortly after my arrival he left the clinic. He was gone for quite a long while and at 4:40pm I checked with the nurses if he would be back soon as I had another appointment after. The nurses were were kind enough to help me check but they could not reach him on the phone after multiple calls. I waited till 4.55pm before I told the nurses that I had to leave and give the consultation a miss and just take the medicine. That was when Dr Tung came strolling back. Again, there was no apology/acknowledgement given. I thought that it was highly unprofessional that Dr Tung was late for every appointment and that shows a disrespect towards other's time. If he had notified me that he needed to leave to settle something urgent, I would have been okay with that. Hence, it would be pointless for me to make an appointment in advance if he is not going to be seeing me on time.

I would give zero stars if I could. The doctor that I saw was Dr. Matthew Tung. Throughout the entire consultations, his body language and bed-side manner is astoundingly horrid and condescending. His entire behaviour could clearly be seen as being very money-hungry and I could see it in his eyes. He gave me a diagnosis based off the symptoms and MRI results, yet when I requested for him to pen it down in writing for my own records, he became angry and defensive, refusing to give me the diagnosis and refused to tell me why (then why give me the diagnosis in the first place)? Very dodgy behaviour and horrible doctor. The receptionists are nice, but i could tell that they are very pushy and wants you to accept their overpriced common medicine which I can get at the same public hospital for a fraction of the price. If you enjoy wasting your time and money, you can come here. Otherwise, leave.

Holistic management including physiotherapy. Was referred to see John the physiotherapist for my shoulder pain. He is very nice young man. I did not know I was able to be pain free until my session with him. He was also able to help me with other small nagging pains that I had along the way. Thank you John!

Pro: I was treated by Doc Yip, he is patient and professional, able to explain me the causes of my knee pain Cons: physiotherapy here like a joke, 1. the guy dressed up very casual, like a colleague student 2. Spent 15 minutes asking me same questions which were already asked by the doctor. Then spent 1 min show me how to do an exercise. That’s it, then try to charge 150 sgd. I firmly told the receptionist that I am not happy to pay, then the clinic cancelled this charge
