★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer experience. The staff is rude and have lots of attitude. For a simple query the response is like it’s apple how can you not know it. Also the price is higher than courts and Harvey Norman . Avoid unless you want to be disrespected .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from salesperson Jeremy. Went to get an iphone 12 to replace my old one. He was knowledgeable on the different models, and answered my questions. He also recommended a protective case, screen protector, and the fast charging wall plug, since Apple doesn't include anymore⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not iphone fan. Too many apps wasn't build in free. Stores apps also costly. No good. It limits the user liberty. The only thing I like was their slow motion sensor on video taking and edit. Other than that..? Nah.. nothing from iphone were cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always better to purchase apple products from the Apple stores in Orchard or Marina Bay Sands. I remember buying an apple watch and later thought of returning it. The istudio staff was very uncooperative about the return but finally agreed to it.
