They'll try to cheat you!!! It was my first time I went there. I had a physical damage on my Oppo Reno ( The whole phone was bent and runover by a wheel of my bicycle.) Asked the staff if they could changed it and how much it would be. Told me it was $60 just for the back cover. Instantly knew it was a lie. I've been to other different shops and back covers don't cost that much. Asked him whether the $60 would include in restructing the physical damage on my phone and he said no. So that means I had to pay more than $60 to change my back cover and dented phone. Told him I was under warranty and he still deny the fact. He claimed that my phone was not under insurance. So I came a month later, a different staff attended to me. I showed him my phone and asked whether I could change it under warranty. (Note that I did not give any hints about paying $60++ at all). He instantly declared that I was under warranty and I could change it immediately and only had to wait for 1 hour. I signed my insurance and warranty form. Went off happy. So it took me to be 1 month patient for me to actually know that I was almost scammed. So please beware of this concept store because you may never know what may happen. Happened at JP.

I have been trying to call them at least 7 times since afternoon onwards and none picked up the phone. C'mon guys. We as OPPO users are trying to get our questions answered with the issues that we are surfacing with our phones before we can make our trip down as we do not wanna waste our time coming down and then you guys explaining what is suppose to be done or needed and then we go back and retrieve what is needed or wanted to make a 2nd trip. It's like wasting our time right? The least u can do is put someone near the phone so that they can answer our queries. You may have good phones. Cant deny that. You may have good customer service if you guys are handling us face to face. Can deny that either based on the reviews and ratings. But, How are we suppose to give u good ratings if you people can't even do the bare minimum for people whom wanna get a clarity over the phone before heading down. Especially customers whom are living far off your locations. Please do get this matter sorted out asap and I grade this as a Utterly basic bad customer service provided

Could anyone going to the store do me a favor? Ask if there are any realme phone on display? They would probably give you directions to go search the whole of 3rd floor and you wont find any. Abit of background info, was at suntec oppo service center, asked if they have one, the staff would just say they know its under oppo, they have a few of it. Sorry I went to your store, but no thanks...

rude staff. this is how oppo flagship store is. ARROGANT SALES PERSON. even if i use Oppo. i would never freakin buy at this store. totally unacceptable attitude towards customer/s. can someone make somebodys head roll here. i bet the salesperson doesnt want to work but just want to take salary every month. the motto instead of ENGAGE YOUR CUSTOMERS.. his was ANNOY YOUR CUSTOMERS. unbelievable.

The phone is what our family is using. It's really a 5 star phone. We were so anticipating our new preorder Reno 4 and came to collect after the wait. The only disappointing experience will be with the shop manager at causeway point (Daniel Foo) whom used passive aggressive services tonality during his services. Understand that there will always be misunderstanding between customer and service team. However, I think you can learn to better handle customer experience. A smile, I am sorry, thank you and hope you will have a nice day, goes a long way. Please also wipe off that smug feeling you are giving to your team and customer. That's not how a leader of a shop will behave. Hope you will improve so other customer can carry on to feel great or more positive from visiting your shop. Just sadly we did not have for this time round. Subsequently there was a call from the manager (Yan Qing) whom called to really genuinely understand the situation. He display a keen interest towards our concern and offer alternative solutions even when it's late at night. Overall the experience with oppo was closed to excellence from phone to it's customer service care, with exception of the shop manager roll eye experience.

Sales insist customers must be vaccinated and must show proof of entry. First thing after that is to promote their most expensive phone. No wonder there isn't anyone inside. Good strategy for sales to jiak liao bee.
