Cheap toys and household essentials. The pens and color markers are also worth buying. Remember to bring your own shopping bag. Otherwise you will need to pay carrier.

Hello ，I went to miniso at 4:36pm,I was being served by a cashier named, "Jia Wen" and I used a voucher which belonged to capital mall, I did not know, and this cashier, jiawen, she yelled at me, instead of telling me nicely, it was very rude. But this nice indian colleague of hers, served me politely, I hope you would take this matter seriously. Sincerely, Sharon.

There is many miniso in Singapore, well if you want friendly service, DO not expect from here. Altogether I see 4 staffs, despise their age, race, which is different, but they have SAME rude attitude towards customers. They never display price at the shelf, means they expect customer to ask? When ask, why seems to be so annoyed? There was things with tester, when ask certain things for tester, they rudely say don have and can't bother to ask further but keep playing phone. Reach cashier, still with phone, I wonder where these people come from? And answer people with a rude tone, no smile. My advice don come here.

Great. Just love all the aesthetic items.. Especially some of the marvel collections and electronics are quite cheap and in better quality and of course in a decent price.. Would definitely recommend this place.. Happy shopping ?!

I bought 2 dinosaur eggs at miniso Jurong point at 9pm on 28th December and my daughter didn't like the orange color so I bring it back to the store to exchange another color on 29dec. It's still in the original conditions, unworn, unused, with tag, in it's original packaging. It's not food item. It's not under promotion. We exchange it for the reason that change of mind, furthermore, it's still within 24hours, with the receipt as well. I went back to the Jurong point store to exchange it at 2.30pm on 29dec but the staff said it's only $3 and hence they cant do the exchange. Can you point it to me where the policy stated that $3 items can't be exchanged even though it's in its original conditions? I rather they said we can't exchange it instead of saying oh it's only $3. It's not about the price, it's about the principle. If your policy clearly stated so, you should honor it.
