★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to commend Mark for being so patient listening to my concerns and issues with my iPhone that I just buy. First I was served by the other guy in the shop yesterday who don’t know how to handle a customer and the other lady came in asking me to go Singtel ask them. What kind of service is this? they don’t know how to provide solution to my concerns and I look for the manager who can handle me. Mark assisted me very patiently answer my iPhone issues successfully. The Apple shop in this Bishan outlet is highly recommended to visit and shop but please kindly look for Mark to assist very well.
