Ordered a laptop online early november, supposed to arrive in 2 weeks, factory made the wrong order and revised shipment was supposed to arrive december 1st. On december 1st i was told that there will be another delay of 1 MONTH.

Great experience here! The 1st time I went there to ask about the laptop, the staff was very willing to help me check the promotional price and answer my questions. :) The 2nd time I went there, I was wanting to get the extended battery warranty because the I was NOT informed that battery was not under both premium support and accidental damage warranty from staffs over at Plaza Singapura. A staff graciously offered his help, going out of his way to find ways for me to get the warranty more conveniently instead of having to head down to find the salesperson at Plaza Singapura. Great service! Will definitely recommend this place and buy from NEX store next time ??

Sylvester service was great! As I nt so IT savvy person he gave me suggestions base on my needs and nt promoting me things tat I donโ€™t needs. Thumbs up to the Dell NEX Sales Team especially Koh RongHao. He listen to the issue and help me to resolve my DELL Labtop software issue. He even wait until everything back to Normal. In the other hand, I EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Dell Singapore Online Team (6395 7981). The support team simply do not want to listen to customer feedback and keep give excuse to reject sending engineer to fix my Labtop issue. The labtop just being bought for 3 months and still have on-site warranty. SHAME ON YOU DELL SINGAPORE DELL ONLINE SUPPORT TEAM. I really hope you can reflect to my feedback can serve customer better.

Terrible customer service with poor product knowledge. Visited on 7 May at 1.15pm. Salesperson was unwilling to serve and share information about product unless prompted. He didnโ€™t even know what 1440p was, and gave wrong information about the product specs. Iโ€™m glad I did my own research, since this was such an unhelpful trip.

The staff at this store is so so poor at customer service and the guy who served me did not even know his own product line as said the monitor was not available in Singapore website. Poor knowledge and even work attitude. I recommend you go to Singapore plaza for top service as the guy there is really good and knows his stuffs. This is my second bad experience in nex. Crazy
