Really Bad customer service. They sent an SMS stating my number is next in line. But because I am "Terminating my contract" they have prioritized those ate going to "Sign Up" waited for 45mins to get attended.

The fillipino lady who served me was excellent well manered very good. She helped me to her best ability although starhub was very crowded due to the launching off the epl. I strongly advise starhub management to give the serving staff a promotion as she was too good. Thank you Madam that had served me.

Had a very great service experience here even though the queue was long! I would like to especially commend staff Koh Syn Wai for his patience and professionalism in dealing with our enquiries and requests!

Customer care is very good. But I don't understand is why there is no audio system to call the token number.....instead the customer care person calls the token number multiple times .......digital approach I would prefer here

idk why the latest reviews were so bad but the other time i renewed my contract, which was about 1 or 2 months ago, a Chinese male staff was decent and polite. dropped by today with my parents to help renew their contracts together and was served by a very patient and courteous filipino lady staff named Marinol whom i like to compliment. she’s always ready to answer any doubts or questions we have and has a pro-active attitude. literally excellent service by her as throughout she was clear with her explanation, provided service with a smile, super patient and just really nice all around. will go back to her again for renewals. well done! so far she’s the best staff at this outlet and should be recognised!

Don’t solve your problem and do not listen to improve their service. I have been long time customer and only know how they handle their customer. They do not listen to you and follow what they have been told to do so. Keep repeating same thing over and over again. They are telling you that we have a lot of time and we can repeat same thing over and over again. No matter what happen we will not show your any emphaty and please read your fine print before you sign up

Nicely set up and the team is helpful. But the sad part is the super long waiting queues of over 2 -3 hrs at times. The staff is slow and engages In long chats , while they need to be to the point and address more queries. I waited for over 2 hrs to finally walk away without getting my quey resolved.

Just came here to terminate my service. Can’t believe I was told waiting time is around one and a half hour. I busted Friday 2:30pm should be less customer inside. It is due to the Starhub only have four main beach to do termination and for special care for the customer. I will not choose Starhub again.
