Didn’t get him name. Was very disappointed with his UNSCRUPULOUS way of doing business.
Request for to have screen protector for my mobile pasted.
Told me the bubbles will go off after a day cos it’s water mark. I cannot comprehend it since it’s not logical at all. But I put a little faith in his words. It’s already 2days. Bubbles still there. Didn’t have much hope either. If he have had been honest, I would accepted that.
The breaking point is when it’s time for payment.
I was charged for 2 films. He opened a box of 2 films to paste for me. Shocking. Why did he open a box of 2? When they do have stock for 1pcs per box. Not any cheaper to get 2. Why didn’t he ask? Just like some unscrupulous durian seller that keep opening durians and force u to buy?
Nothing wrong with the shop. Just the staff. Pls train this staff else change it. It will ruin ur shop reputation.
***** My regret. Should have ask clearly before letting them handed the items. Too trusting….
