Wentto change screen protector, asked about coverage and ensured all good. First pasting, bottom piece has air gap. Just tried to shoo me off by saying can only paste this much. Requested them to repaste. This time better but top left corner still has airgap. End up refunding but my original protector they didnt paste back and throw away. No apologies and wasted my 3mins there.

Brought my phone for a repair as it keeps hanging and auto restarting after several mins of usage. Initally told the boss, if this repair cost more than $100, i am not doing it. I then ask if there will be extra charges for you to troubleshoot the phone, he said NO. I Was asked to changed battery ($68) as it claims that battery is faulty. Phone works for 10mins and after that the same problem occurs again. Bring back to the workshop and left over night, the boss said that a software issue has occur and has already been fixed. Brought back the phone and again after a 30mins of usage, it hang again. To the workshop the next moment and left overnight. Next day, I went to collect, the boss says that Hardware issue, requires $120 to fix. I said no, and ask to refund the original battery because the problem does not lies with the battery but they changed the battery for me. No way, I am going to spend $188 to repair a phone when I can just recontract at $300. They did managed to refund me but they threw away my original battery without my consent and also charge me an admin fee of $30... all in all, a scam shop

This shop cons unsuspecting people into buying FAKE mobile handphones. If you inspect the phones carefully , it's fake especially their Samsung phones. They refuse to give me a refund and offered me a BRAND NEW S4. 3 Months later , went to Samsung Service Centre only to be told that my phone was out of warranty, that it's warranty is over. Meaning the phone is more than 1 years old. So they actually repackage everything and sold me a 2nd hand phone at a price of a new phone. These people will con anyone just to cash in. BEWARE !!
