โ โ โ โ โ Solid fresh sushi. Amazing bluefin tuna akami and otoro for the price. Otoro simply melts in your mouth. However although the other sushi were good, looking at the price, you would get your moneys worth in sushiro as I did not see that much of a difference in taste and quality when compared.

โ โ โ โ โ First time trying Itacho and it blew my mind! Delicious dishes all around, each dish was well executed and waiting time was not bad too.
Enjoyed the cold mentaiko udon and tempura maki thoroughly.

โ โ โ โ โ Came here on a wed night and the place was pretty empty. Have not had Itacho for a long time and this is a decent place. There are also daily promotions with different sushi ? on promo capped at 2 per pax!
Update, June โ22: At no fault of theirs, I really donโt have much to choose from - being allergic to fish. Probably wonโt return again in future.
*Pork cutlet deserves a shout out which was really good on itself - though at this price point which is ~50% more pricey than other franchises, I do expect a higher quality standard which it delivered.

โ โ โ โ โ Great sushi and sashimi here! They have a lot of variety and everything tastes delicious and fresh. I got a special roll which was amazing, but I think it's off the menu now (in the pictures). The other one I tried had mango or pineapple on it which tasted very refreshing.

โ โ โ โ โ Service is always great, although be ready for a long queue. Fresh sushi and sashimi. Pudding was also good, the beef tenderloin sandwich, it was small, cant really taste it

Freshness for seafoods is the prime factor for raw/sashimi items but a high percentage of the dishes were cooked food. Spicy salmon head is a case in point.
There is a constant line to get on this restaurant, so do make reservation.
It was especially noisy on a Saturday evening & fully packed.

โ โ โ โ โ Itacho at Plaza Sing never disappoints. Among the sushi chain restaurants found in malls, Itacho would probably be considered the best. Sushi and Sashimi are fresh, and their food is always of quality. Frequently visit this outlet and the ION one and they are both great. Service can be a little slow during peak meal times due to understaffing, but overall still a great dining experience here each time.
