Great place to find fabrics, craft and homewares. Especially good when a sale is on. Prices can be on the high side for some items.

The staff at Spotlight was super helpful for my cricut woes and assisted me with perfection to get the best transfer tape for my vinyl. I’m super appreciative of their good service :)

Exceptional service from Noah, a young staff at spotlight PS. He went above and beyond to help us with a very small request: helping us find a big cardbox. Noah left both me and my wife speechless. The best service received in retail since I live in Singapore! Kudos ??

Terrible online service. Would recommend people don’t use the store I bought a number of items online Less than 10% of the value of the order ever arrived And if I had know virtually nothing would arrive I wouldn’t have ordered Then spotlight’s whole system makes the situation worse Firstly they never updated that the items would not arrive. So I waited a few weeks and then had to chase them They had also taken my money at this point and had to chase them for the refund too Next they charge you a high delivery charge. And even if the majority of the order doesn’t arrive they won’t refund any of this. Not even pro rating what did actually arrive Their whole online system is really slow in replying / doing anything about this terrible service The replies are also pretty useless in doing anything that’s helpful Compounding the bad service Why bother offering online if it’s going to be this bad And in this day and age it should be better They have left a prior customer who used spotlight never wanting to use them again Both online and in store If you want online products in this space I will go to Amazon or Lazada Cheaper and better products. Plus if something goes, wrong they sort things out, especially Amazon

Spotlight is a good place to shop for fabric, art related materials, crafts etc. It is also reasonably priced. I had been looking for tailoring scissors, and it is here I found a good one. The staff is also efficient and courteous.

A perfect place to look for party needs. So glad that I found stuffs for Easter. A wide variety for you to choose from and great promos too, it was at 40% off. Such a steal!
