โ โ โ โ โ This was always my go-to for bubble tea and have always been greeted by friendly staff (there's a china guy who even knows what drink I always order!) Today, I was attended to by Hui Wen and had such an unpleasant experience. I merely forgot to inform her to not place ice in my drink and she flared up and raised her voice for informing her late. Please....if you can't handle handling customers then maybe you shouldn't be in this line. Ugh! What a mood ruiner!

โ โ โ โ โ The female bispectacled store manager is the rudest service staff I ever met. Raised her voice at me and kept cutting me off when all I wanted to ask is why I didn't receive stamps on my iTea app. Extremely bad attitude! She and the other staff were also stingy with the serving size when I brought my own cup to be environmentally friendly. They prefer to waste a good new cup to measure just to make sure I do not gain an extra drop of tea and then they threw that cup away! Some people really deserve to go to plastic hell.

There are those at bakeries or hawker centres that are cheap but not good. Then there are those like koi and milksha that are good but not cheap.
