Before covid i had paid 60$ for Malaysian visa.
They charged me 150$

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rarely give reviews but have to say that they really did a poor job informing people of the lead time required to do the visa.
While I understand that there is an overwhelming amount of visa application rn due to the opening of Malaysia borders, it would be nice to be informed so that people can plan their leaves and everything ahead.
Knowing Malaysia style, we have already planned 5-10 business days in advance. However, that was insufficient. From the promising time of “3-4 business days” processing time, it suddenly became 2 - 3 weeks. Be warned as they will insist on their messages before you make payment that it is 3-4 days.
After you confirm and everything then they will give you a deadline. Unsatisfied with the lack of information given when they are so prompt to updaye other information on Whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually settle my own travel docs but not this year that stuck with extreme wait & slowness for M'sia. Found IVC thru "Google" and decided to try out their service aft reading the reviews. Overall process & wait took approx 30 mins at their office for validation & payment, excluding initial enquiring via WA. IVC will submit the docs on your behalf. The wait will then begin with the Govt institution (many pple stucked with the photo requirement. Super particular ?).
There's a IVC staff I would like to compliment is Ms Nandhini. Her customer focus & enthusiasm are greatly appraised for. I appreciate her initiative to help me thru resolving the confusing & displeasure situations I was put through by her other colleague who may have language barrier or lower customer service skill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great visa service! I was a little flustered when I was there but the staff were kind, patient and attentive. They make sure that all your documents and photos are in place and don't charge you extra for that. There was also someone who tried to the queue and they stopped them which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend going here!

I send an enquiry to IVC and they replied me within a day and with a small fee, they are able to get me the appointment. Really appreciate your professionalism and 5 starts customer service.
