★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no after sales service. i inspected a bag in bad lighting and didnt notice a red rub-off stain on the surface of the exterior. the next day i asked about it and was refused service. its a shame considering the price i paid. bag is listed is excellent condition so i had total trust. i would not recommend dealing with this seller.
