★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. jeshua soh is very disorganized and has terrible social graces. very bad job of explaining things as well as not being responsible about pay. he isnt interested in fostering a learning environment for amateurs, he is only interested in making money and then being very cheap about everything else. he purchases a lot of his supplies through lazada, and marks up the price heavily. JRC is not worth your time, and his employees are unhappy as he has no concept of ensuring a good working space. all his offices are tiny, many of them right next to a bathroom causing it to be crammed and really smelly. his Pollinate branch is as small as a closet, and i have seen the employers squished with no space. peninsula plaza is worse. just terrible working environments. there are truly so many better rental platforms. dont support someone who cant get their pay right, and cant uphold a basic working environment. but more than that, disorganized, selfish and cannot properly hold a business conversation.
