There was a very rude and abrasive guy who gave less than satisfactory customer service and seemed to forget that who is the customer. He snapped at me when I asked questions and was really lacking in any form of Emotional Quotient. Please think twice about using their services. I would never recommend them to anyone and now I am working with Camwerkz. Nice guys who actually treat customers with respect and they have awesome updated versions of new cameras.

It's the sort of place people wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I struggle to think of another camera rental place that is as satisfying as it. Be it location, service levels, maintenance of gears, etc. This place is the one place that photographers tend to talk about whenever we want to rent camera equipment. Not sure which lens to buy, rent first for a day or two, and you can better decide thereafter! One flaw though - I'm a little lazy to travel, so delivery services like how they do it in the states will definitely be a plus point, and remove all "barriers to purchase".

I felt like I was not given the required information to handle the equipment optimally or to enable maximum experience with the rented product. No doubt that this service deals with professional photographers , but for customers like me with limited knowledge on photography related subjects, and who really wants to make sure I'm not ruining any of their equptment , customer service that impresses would certainly be one that helps us get more comfortable with the equptment and provides helpful tips. Answers like , "well I just hope the person who uses it knows what to do" are generally not helpful .

That was fine and we paid for it. But it is not acceptable that 3 staff weighed in together, raised their voices at us, berated us and went on and on. There is no need to intimidate and berate customers like this. It was a once-off rental for an ad hoc event for us who were merely in charge of logistics, hence we are glad we will never need to go through an experience like this again. But for others who are looking to rent, obviously if you have no choice, you can go for them.

And if you're new, they will see to it, to cater to your specific needs and provide you with solutions for whichever shoot you are doing. They have always tried their very best to update me of my bookings, even to update me if the equipment are available or not and have helped me look for alternative equipment to facilitate my bookings and even if I didn't get immediate response, they always get back to me within 48 hrs. Even when I need an urgent booking, I will call them to make some arrangements for it. Always helpful, always cheerful to provide excellent customer care. Kudos to Camera Rental Centre.
