★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I let this company to deliver two parcels. Parcel A ended up being delivered to receipent B and parcel B was sent to receipent A. I called their customer service number and their robot answering machine kept me waiting for 40 minutes without any real response. What do you think?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wished i can give 0 stars lol. Emailed and got a system reply when i clearly stated URGENT in the email. Made a call for 8mins and there’s no-one on line expect for their annoying robot repeating the same thing for 8 mins. Their contact number is literally useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered J&T for our business delivery and pick up guys never turn up for more than 3 days. sometimes even missed pick up for more than 7 days. They should not be called J&T "Express", i guess J&T MIA will be more appropriate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Running business is all about trust and reliability, more so if you are a logistic company. JT is a company that cannot be trusted at all. I scheduled for an item pick-up and they failed to turn up repeatedly. In the end, I have to deliver the item myself.
Any ecommerce company thinking of using them, please take some time to read through all the negative comments here. They are valid and true. They do no deserved even one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible service.. Didn't even ring the bell. Another package got lost with the same method, luckily this important one was safe. Package was left outside my gate without informing.. Don't ever use this service (J&T) ever. Hope they can discipline their deliverymen..
