Before buying, she lets me try out the used phone at my liking at my own sweet time. Before I make payment, she even suggests features to ask me to try first. She readily shares her knowledge. No frills no gimmicks no hidden charges. Great place to shop for phone! Will definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

Lady boss, Winnie I believe, was very friendly and engages in casual conversation, even cracking jokes. Definitely sincere and made you feel welcome, answering queries on phones without qualms. Purchasing new phones & buy-back of new phones prices are competitive. Service makes the difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Winnie is one of the best w.r.t. hospitality, honesty about her service and products, super helpful with information and yet to the point with business. I’ve bought or helped buy over half a dozen products and also used other services without much hassle over 3years. The current phone was also brought from her place in 2018. You can call, msg or come in person and the quality of service is the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a persistent issue with my Samsung phone being locked to another region. Tried resolving the problem with Samsung chat and my telco but was frustratingly unsuccessful. Samsung said nothing could be done to change the device location.
It was J2 Mobile - a small retail shop @ Far East Plaza where I bought the phone from who could find the cause and solution!
Thanks to Winnie - the boss of the shop - who took time to diagnose the problem and resolved it for me. She certainly knows her stuff ! Very pleased with the after-sale service.
