Purchased Samsung laces and S10+ new and a super condition J7 used this month. My current most favourite shop after becoming a SIM only telco customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to try selling my used phone and at the same time buy a Smartwatch. The staff were friendly and explain things well during the transaction. The watch cost a little bit higher from another shop in the vicinity, but i didn't mind cos the human interaction is wonderful and is way up there comparing to WHYMOBILE!!
I didn't trade in my phone though, as the price they offered were quite low. But then again, the experince buying from their premises is just wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought from this shop thru Lazada for Note 10+ Whitestone dome glass Received it, box says Note10+. However the contents are all wrong, dome glass was much smaller, application jig was also much smaller. Certainly not recommended. At this point, I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from this place.
Update: I dropped by Vi Mobile, Ken apologized for the mix up in box contents. He changed the items to the correct one. 4 stars for the sincerity and recovery. Minus 1 star because I still had to travel down to get this resolved, which defeats the purpose of buying online.
