Mobile Square - Far East Plaza

This is one of the largest mobile phone shops at Far East Plaza. When I went to get a low end phone, it seemed to have one or two minor bugs out of the box. The staff tried a few solutions, decided to reinstall the firmware and the phone worked perfectly! That saved me a trip to the service centre. Very patient, professional and knowledegable staff. P.S.: The staff may not acknowledge you when there are many people waiting, but they will give you their utmost attention when it's your turn. Highly recommended!

Really good boss and and pricing is clear compared to other mobile shops. Transaction is quick and efficient. Great for selling used mobile back cost. Before going down, you should search your website to get pricing for your mobile.

Bought a Samsung phone from this shop. The 2 sales guys were extremely helpful and patient. Not your usual Bengs. Helped me to transfer and downloaded stuffs from my old phone. Encountered problems but they we're still cheerful. 10/10

This Mobile Reseller Shop sources phones from Carousell (see Carousell user “mushroomshu”, whose name has changed to “simplevs”). Presses down honest seller’s phone prices with extremely dirty tactics. My phone was Telco recontract with delivery which comes with Delivery Order. It was brand new, sealed, inactivated, just received straight from Telco. Before meet up, price and location were mutually agreed. This uncouth Carousell Ah Beng kept pressing me to accept his offer and sounded very desperate to want to buy the phone which I priced reasonably with a small discount for him. Receipt was NEVER requested before meet up. Only upon meet up, he suddenly asked for “RECEIPT for GST refund” and tried to push down agreed prices by over $50. He flashed his phone to show me his “Mobile Square” website that stated receipt was needed to buy at agreed price. He “called his friend” to say I didn’t have the Receipt - seemed like a fake call. If this Receipt were so important for his “GST refund”, he would have asked me for it beforehand. Instead he intentionally used it as a bargaining chip during meet up. He did not ask for Receipt beforehand, or tell me he was from “Mobile Square” before the meet up with his specific T&Cs. I told him I had the Telco Delivery Order. I rushed to photocopy it for him. He said the Delivery Order the Telco gave me was NOT valid. How am I supposed to conjure up this specific “Receipt for GST Refund?” when the Telco does not provide this for Recontracted phones received via delivery? He has been in business for many years and knows this “Receipt” does not exist for recontracted delivery phones. He also asked for my NRIC photo, which is illegal for businesses to collect without lawful permit. I was prepared to walk off, completely disgusted by his aggressive, fault-finding nature and lies. Please be VERY CAREFUL especially if you are selling to this shop as buy-back prices can change without valid reason and catch you off-guard. BEWARE if you buy phones from them as some could be unethically bargained for from unsuspecting victims. Just a serious warning.

Bought my iPhone 11 here. Prices are nett, no hidden costs. Possibly the cheapest and most trustworthy place where you can get your mobile in SG. Service Attitude could be improved though.

I’m happy with the iPhone 13 Pro I purchased from this shop on Sunday. I texted via WhatsApp to check stock & colour & a reservation was placed. I went to the shop to collect it. Easy peasy. Service was good; friendly and professional.
