Gimmick sales practice to get consumer to go to their showroom, gave fake hope over the phone but its a totally different story at the showroom

Bought a car from here, based on recommendation. The goodies such as locally installed lether wrap seats, dash cam and solar film are of an inferior quality. Whats the point of having a dash cam that has crappy video quality? Car is espensive in Singapore, so my advsie is go somewhere else that are able to deliver a better poduct.

When called them they quote a price same as listed online on STcars when go there price upped 1k. Full loan repayment penalty was 2.5k go there become 3k. Salesmen don't know their cars well and tried to push to us. Still lied about the particular car latest model was due 6 mths later earliest and they are the agents who can bring it in earliest too. When I went to another one of the bigger and trustable PI in Singapore they said their cars already in Port and earlier 3 mths can take already. Die die no neg still dare say give promo price liao when it was much more ex than listed.

Bought my car with Mr Eddy from Jack car in June 2020. He provided excellent service and advice for my purchase. When I encountered warning indicators on my newly collected car, his response is quick and decisive for me to bring in the car to their workshop immediately for fault finding. Although it is his off day, he is also present at the workshop to facilitate the rectification works.

Service was great served by a sales manager named Jiff Ang. Manage to buy a car from him. Very patient & honest. No gimmicks & no hidden cost. Most importantly, Jiff willing to go extra miles. We were very happy with the purchase & service from him! Will definitely intro him to my friends & families.

Special thanks to Mr. Don Ngeow of JACK CARS. Don is the best car sales representative I have ever met who spent, for the first car viewing only, nearly 4 hours with me. Not his fault but mine as I am an extremely careful car buyer. Overall there is absolutely no pressure selling at all. He is courteous, professional, patient, knowledgeable about cars and most importantly - very sincere in providing his opinions and solutions. Don is the one who will go for not just one, but 100 extra miles for his clients Don made me feel that I had bought a private jet - more than a Rolls Royce! I recommend all car buyers to go find Mr Don Ngeow of JACK CARS! : )

Initially have many problems with the company and even got lecture/scolded by the salesperson from used car department after gotten the car. 1 star for the workshop, Bernard have been helpful and recovered my faith with the company but there is still 1 problem is not solved for 1year plus but Bernard still being attentive. I will fix another appointment to get it fixed and might return to get new car from Alvin soon. I have to give 1 star for all now, send my vehicle multiple time to check on vibration. The problem have not solve and I have to wait for them to touch on the similar model to give me an advice if the vibration is normal. I have decided to to trade in my car soon and hope Jack's car can do something this time.

Would like to especially thank and highly recommend Mr Don Ngeow for his wonderful and excellent service from start to end. Not pushy at all, very patient, polite, professional and answers whatever questions/concerns you have. Also very quick to reply. Very happy with the car we bought!
