★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really nice before they resumed work at the Jadescape Condo, quiet and fresh air. Now they are working overtime, so you are not spared from the construct noises and diesel smell of the generators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small but nice park, with a 330-metre running track, pull-up bars and a playground. Fitness activities for all age groups throughout the week as well. However, I would avoid the park after rain as it floods.
