Called and explained what was wrong with my Panasonic fridge. The service guys came, recited what I had told them, said that there is nothing they can do and charged me $20 for it?!? Would not recommend.

Time wing never failed to solved my aircon problem. Price is cheap and transparent. Have engaged a few aircon servicing company before and all not able to solve my aircon problem. Their expertise in aircon servicing is good and clean up after servicing. A big thank you to Addy and Alan team for always making my aircon to optimum condition.

Very unreliable agency. They kept telling us that they were coming, and eventually cancelled. The manager kept saying that their person is on the way. With a lot of difficulty we got the number of the person due for a visit. When we called, he refused to come. The person was very arrogant. Of course, apology is too much to expect. Customers beware!

They came for the first appointment (at 4pm) punctually, but said that they could not do anything as they were only the assessment team. So they scheduled for a technicians repair session the next day at 5pm, so my husband had to leave work early and cab home twice in a row. Guess what time they came? 7.30pm, despite repeated calls to the contact person (Seah) since 6.45pm, and his assurance of "they are coming soon". My only explanation on their behalf is that they must have their headquarters in JB or something because I'm pretty sure you can drive from one end of Singapore to the other within 40minutes, so their idea of "soon" is warped. Their technicians arrived empty handed without so much as an apology for their latecoming. They looked out of the window at the condenser, and then went down to "get equipment". They left at 7.35pm and returned at 8.00pm. At 8.30pm, after messing around outside with the condenser for a while, they came back in and declared they could not fix the condenser--because it was a Panasonic unit!! Could they not have realised it was a Panasonic the first day they came? I mean, the brand is written on the aircon unit in the room! To summarise: we wasted approximately 30h and two half-day leaves to wait for tardy and unprofessional technicians who were unable to do their jobs in the least. So much for your advertised "100% satisfaction", and so much for "being able to fix all air con units!" Thanks--but no thanks-- for wasting our time and money. Never patronising your company again. Other users, be warned, especially if you use Panasonic air conditioning units!

Been using their service for the past 5 years, every year my aircond leaking and I assumed this is a normal routine for annual service. Got my aircond leaking solved again last month, and then within 2 months my aircond leak again, called them to come over, and they asked me to pay for it again. No Thanks Bye.
