โ โ โ โ โ I want to write a very bad review which I have encountered today. I went to the branch at Serangoon north ave 1 in the evening 7 plus on 4 Jan 2017. There was a China staff( didn't manage to get her name). My Father was selecting a suitcase which is on sale $19.90. He was fiddling on how to use the suitcase and test on the lock. The China staff immediately dashed out from the store and gave us a stare. My mum, Aunty and my child was standing there waiting for my dad. She said very rudely (almost shouting) to my dad that 'DONT CHANGE THE PASSWORD!'
In the first place, my dad was not changing the password! Why did she assume and being so rude!?
1) So I wanna check with your management is it that we can only see and make payment. After payment then we can touch the suitcase?? If not, why is she behaving so unciviliised?
Move on, my dad is a very nice tempered man. So he didn't say anything but I was already boiling inside my heart. Then my dad just said that he is trying the suitcase only. And wanna try the lock system.
2) the China staff just looked at him and my dad did not know how to use that kind of suitcase. So he had trouble putting the zip tgt and then lock. He doesn't know how to. I wanna check with your management.. your staff just stood there and watched with that Super unhappy face. Is is true that your staff is so u helpful and won't show demonstration on how to use??? Or is that because the staff is not trained at all?
3) I ask her calmly' how to change the password?' Guess what's her reply? 'THE PASSWORD IS THREE ZERO LO'
come'on do you think I am so stupid. So does she means that the standard is three zero and we can't change?!
So I ask her again, I mean can you show us how to change the password cause we intend to buy.
She being her rude self said again.. ' WHY SHOULD I CHANGE? The password is three zero mah.'
Omg! Is she trying to be smart or stupid? I don't know. This time I am angry so I said' You dont know how to change is it?' ' she was a bit stunned but continue to be arrogant. It's so obvious that she doesn't know how to change the password and she is only there to get ride of the customers.
Last qns, is that a right way to treat a customer? If she doesn't know how to change then just said so. She is acting very bossy. Very poor service. Attitude very lousy.
Please do something.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought 3 storage containers through Qoo10. They are more expensive than the price sold at the retail store. I was fine with that as I didnโt have to carry them home. However, one of the containers was damaged at the corner and I wrote to Japan Homeโs official email address to request for a replacement or refund. After about a month, I still have not heard from them despite a few email reminders.

โ โ โ โ โ The cashier at Jurong East Westgate shopping mall very rude, never ask for Membership (not sure if some staff could used the purchase value to record under their friends and relatives account). Did not take note of the discount item hence discount was not given. The free voucher portion was totally not given (Not sure if it's kept for own family and friends consumption.)

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered wet tissue I instrcuted them NOT to use food cardboard to pack them in the Memo, but the staff is sleeping on the job, still packed them with the food cardboard - really wanting to vomit BLOOD!
