β β β β β Appreciate the hybrid option of having a physical or zoom lesson! Jeryl Sensei is really engaging in lessons, and patient towards beginners like myself. I really appreciate his extensive knowledge and experience with the Japanese language and culture, teaching us beyond conversational Japanese! Great environment to pick up a new language :)

β β β β β Have been taught by Mr Goh for both Beginners 2 and Elementary class! He is a very patient and caring teacher who goes the extra miles in explaining questions that we have, and provide us weekly activities via the WhatsApp group so that we learn more than whatβs in the coursebook, such as useful grammar and vocabulary. His lessons are very engaging and I enjoy it so much! Looking forward to learn more Japanese with him in Intermediate class!

β β β β β Each lesson is light, bite-sized, and understandable. Jeryl sensei takes time to explain the concepts carefully, adding context that relate the language in day to day living. I personally find Japanese a difficult language to learn, but this program makes it a bit easier and much more enjoyable. Will definitely recommend if there is individual and not group lessons.

His teaching method is easy to understand, not only that, he also teaches us something out from the course book. β β β β β The Japanese course is very useful in helping me grasp the basic and furthering my interest in the language. Andrew is a very patient teacher and did his best to address the queries I have and also introducing many new vocabulary. The unfortunate thing is that due to covid it became an online lesson which makes learning harder as compared to being physically in class. Other than that everything else is perfect.

β β β β β Teacher Kelly is very clear and patient in explaining the new words in every lesson. Her lessons are interesting and are run at a good pace and she manages her classes very well. She explains how a word should be used correctly in the cultural, commercial or business context. She knows her students well and is very encouraging and makes learning Japanese fun.
